Location
Requested a room with a view and was given a lower level room without a view, even though they had view rooms available. Spoke with housekeeping directly and asked if any view rooms were available and she was later repromanded for letting us know. They basically said that we could find another hotel or keep what we had. They lied to us and then gave us the option to find another hotel. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The front desk clerk actually started yelling at my wife when we were discussing our frustrations. Terrible customer service....DO Not stay here!!!

The beds were very comfortable. Love the way it's tucked into the mountain. Quiet too.
We really needed different pillows! Even just a choice of fluffier pillows would be great.

I stay here every time I come to Sedona for an overnight because it is centrally located, within walking distance of some nice hikes, and very reasonable with a good breakfast and clean.

This hotel was reasonably priced and the view and location were great! Loved the hiking trails right at the hotel. You can see all of Sedona from them.
The water in the bath tub would not drain while showering.

NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The place is a dump. I slept in my clothes as the room and conditions were so bad. The tub was old and dirty. The wallpaper was coming off of the wall. For a chair in the room they had something that you would use in the outdoors. The staff was very rude and didn't really care if they heped you or not. For the price of the room you could do a whole better.
I think a Motel 6 would probably be better than this Hotel (if you can call it a Hotel) It is a DUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed three nights in a double Queen deluxe room. It was located at the bottom floor. We were pleased with the room. It was spacious and clean and had everything which was advertised.
But we literally had a rude awaking at night, as people moved into the upstairs room. You could hear every move they made. The ceiling creaked loudly with every step they made. The next day we complained and the "friendly" receptionist was going to "downgrade" us to an upstairs regular smaller queen room without the whirlpool tub or private patio. We stayed in the room because we were told that the upstairs room was empty for the next night and we did not want to pack up all of our luggage. We were not offered ANY compensation for two sleepless nights. We will not go back to this hotel.

Very good response to request to re-clean room by Teri who did an excellent job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was interested in pleasing was was very pleasant.
All the jet tubs were very dirty in the 3 rooms I saw and needed more attention on a regular basis - the housekeeper in our building (unsure of room but think it was the 5th bldg with patio on 2nd level facing the street to the hike) was not responsive to my request to reclean and the maintenance man also had an attitude problem (he didn't apprear to want to do anything!)

The restaurant food associated with the hotel was excellent - good service and food.
I could hear the water running early in the morning, like 2:30am.

The room we stayed in was spacious and very nice loved everything about it
The front desk older lady was very rude. Wish the staff was a little friendlier. Felt like we were a burden to their day..

Outside nice. Good location to a Trail head.
The bed was lousy. Too hard & there were several spiders in the room. And the refrigerator was loud.

Was a very nice room . . very spacious and comfortable! The patio was nice with views of the Sedona rock formations. Hot tub was very nice and they had a heated pool (which we did not use, but it looked nice)! Good continental breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful :)
Our room had a refrigerator in it. We used it to store out soft drinks, protien drinks and leftovers from a meal. The temperature was set to max unfortunately, and during our second night, one of the soft drinks exploded inside! Was kind of a mess , ,
